What is included in our fees?
If you are attending one of our advertised public workshops or seminars, your fee covers everything except travel and any overnight accommodation (unless stated).

If your Organisation has booked an exclusive private workshop or seminar for your staff or governing body, the agreed fee will include all training material and handouts for the number of attendees agreed. The venue, catering, and bookings administration will usually be the responsibility of the organiser, although these services can also be provided as part of the package.

If you are an Organisation offering our on-line course(s) as part of your own training program then we provide:

  • individual access by user name and password to our protected on-line materials per enrolled member of your staff, to the appropriate course(s), including practice test questions;
  • additional study materials on CD ROM or USB Memory Stick can be purchased if required, to facilitate off-line study;
  • on-line testing (where required), user name and password-protected per enrolled member of your staff;
  • re-testing for your staff who fail to acheive the agreed pass mark (subject to the payment of an additional test fee);
  • issue of certificates to individual staff members on successful completion of the on-line test;
  • issue of a Certificate of Compliance to your organisation when all eligible members of staff have passed an appropriate on-line test.

For the avoidance of doubt, if you are not certain what is covered by our fees and what is not, please ask us - before we send you the bill!

Continual improvement
We constantly update and revise our training material and reserve the right to change our course content accordingly. However, we will always advise you of any major changes prior to booking. We will also try and give you sufficient warning of changes of dates, venues etc. but sometimes this is out of our hands and we apologise in advance for any inconvenience. We will, however, not be held liable for any claims or compensation over and above the return of any course fees that have been paid in advance by you.

Certificates will only be issued following full payment for all courses and tests. Many Harvest Agencies Ltd courses are certified and can be used as CPD evidence.

For Organisations booking our private workshop or seminar services, we work very closely with you and try to be as flexible as possible in relation to cancellation of these events. However, we do ask that you give us at least 21 days notice of cancellation or a request to alter dates. If you cancel a booked seminar or workshop with less than 7 days notice we will invoice you for the full amount.

For individuals attending our advertised public workshops or seminars, we are happy for you to substitute another delegate if you are unable to attend. There is no charge for this. If you cancel attendance with less than 7 days notice we will invoice you for the full amount.
Payment terms
For bookings on direct courses we offer a number of methods of payment. You can pay by transfer from your Paypal account or Bank account. We ask that payment is received no less than 7 days prior to the course. All payments are subject to VAT at the current rate. Payment of invoices are normally due immediately. We reserve the right to impose a Finance Charge which will be added to any balances which remain unpaid after 30 days from the date of an invoice. Our Finance Charge rate is 2% per month or part thereof, equivalent to an Annual Percentage Rate of 24%.

Please save trees, help save the planet and save us both money - don’t send us a cheque through the post, pay us by BACS transfer instead. You know it makes sense!

Your absolute satisfaction is our number one priority and we will do all it takes to achieve this. If there is anything we can do to improve our service to you, please do let us know.
What if we cancel?
We hope this will never happen as we will always go out of our way to prevent this. However, should the unthinkable happen we will not be liable for any claims for compensation against ourselves or associates in relation to the booking.
Anything else we should know?
Probably not, but give us a call or drop us an e-mail if there is anything you'd like us to clarify.
